Rupen is based in the UK and is the Managing Director for our Savings and Retirement Asia Pacific region and our global Individual Retirement Income business. Rupen has over 25 years’ experience in global life reinsurance across multiple reinsurers. Before joining Pacific Life Re in 2024, he spent 15 years at SCOR, most recently as CEO of Longevity and Financial Solutions.

Hamish is based in the UK and leads the company’s global strategy for individual retirement income markets. Hamish joined Pacific Life Re in 2016 and has nearly 30 years of experience in financial services. Having held senior roles in direct, consultancy, and reinsurance positions he brings deep expertise across life and pensions in the UK, Japan, and Australia.

A reinsurer's perspective on offshore funded reinsurance
Dominic currently leads the Asia Client Solutions team for Pacific Life Re’s Savings & Retirement business. The division specializes in asset-intensive reinsurance and longevity risk solutions. Dominic is a qualified actuary with previous experience working for some of Asia’s largest life insurers, actuarial consulting, and life reinsurance companies.
