LONDON 11 JUNE 2026: Pacific Life Re, a leader in the life and health reinsurance industry, today announces the appointment of Florence Durousseau as Head of Capital Solutions, Europe, strengthening its ability to support insurers with solutions that improve capital efficiency, reduce balance sheet volatility, and enable sustainable growth.

Florence Durousseau is a senior executive with over 30 years’ international experience in the life and health reinsurance industry. A qualified actuary, she has held senior leadership roles at Munich Re, Arch Re and Hannover Re, most recently leading business development and financial solutions initiatives across multiple regions. She has a strong track record of developing tailored solutions aligned to client balance sheet and growth objectives.
