Pacific Life Re appoints Kenichi Kim as head of South Korea

Pacific Life Re, a leader in the life and health reinsurance industry, has appointed Kenichi Kim as head of South Korea, overseeing its growth and operations in the region.

Kim joined Pacific Life Re in 2022 and was responsible for growing the protection lines of business in its Asia markets. In 2023, he took on the additional responsibility of supporting the South Korea client solutions team to help grow this important market. With over 15 years’ financial services and reinsurance experience gained from working in Hong Kong, Japan, and Singapore, Kenichi Kim brings a wealth of expertise to his new role.
